Finally, we are Home.

This is our house.

We live on top of a mountain called Tierra del Verano; Summerland.

At the bottom of the mountain path (100 meters long, and 125 meters down from our house) is the highway that connects San Isidro, the 2nd largest city in the country, and Dominical, one of the best surfing beaches in the western hemisphere.

This morning, my kids and I swam in the pool, hunted for bugs, and ate pickled vegetables and cheese. This afternoon, I am in downtown San Isidro de el General, working from the patio of a cafe with free wifi. (My first internet connection in two days. I feel like I really have been on vacation.)

We came to Costa Rica for lots of reasons, and we are getting lots of advantages by being here.
