First Name

Hi, I’m Caelan. I’m an American dual citizen in New Zealand.

I help professionals become proficient AI operators so they can think faster, create smarter, and lead with confidence into the future of work.

I am a dynamic speaker, trainer, and business coach, who combines the skills of a theatrical performer and technical geek to make compelling educational experiences. I was classically educated at St John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, so I see the fast-moving world of technology through the perspective of the humanities.

A decade as a digital nomad taught me how to build businesses that move as freely as their founders. My book Marketing Yourself was published in August of 2022 (five months before ChatGPT!) and my digital marketing agency Stellar Platforms helped experts and entrepreneurs to grow their impact, income, and influence through smarter systems and standout storytelling.

As a former circus acrobat and street performer, I bring showmanship and play to the serious business of skill-building—turning every keynote, workshop, and training session into an engaging experience.

My AI training workshops are fast-paced and hands-on—packed with prompts, games, and experiments that leave participants feeling empowered to use Ai in their daily tasks.

Brilliant social media advertising. For dogs.

GranataPet recently launched a new interactive campaign that shows how clever marketing can get. As featured on Mashable, this campaign (running in Germany) introduced a new, Pomegranate-based dog food to their target market (dog walkers) at a plausible point of entry (while they are [...]

Ankle: Broken or Sprained? Uninsured, either way.

Accidents happen. And in America, they bankrupt you. I had an accident on Sunday. Totally predictable, run of the mill accident. Running at top speed, in a padded gymnastics facility, I pulled off a long kong (diving jump with my feet behind me) over [...]

Gary Vaynerchuk’s Thank You Economy

Amazing pants.

Last week, I was introduced to Thunderbolt Sportswear. I’ve been hooked. These pants retail for $188. They are black, they come in a jeans cut, and the fabric is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. It is durable beyond belief, but most importantly, stretchable in [...]
