First Name

Hi, I’m Caelan. I’m an American dual citizen in New Zealand.

I help professionals become proficient AI operators so they can think faster, create smarter, and lead with confidence into the future of work.

I am a dynamic speaker, trainer, and business coach, who combines the skills of a theatrical performer and technical geek to make compelling educational experiences. I was classically educated at St John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, so I see the fast-moving world of technology through the perspective of the humanities.

A decade as a digital nomad taught me how to build businesses that move as freely as their founders. My book Marketing Yourself was published in August of 2022 (five months before ChatGPT!) and my digital marketing agency Stellar Platforms helped experts and entrepreneurs to grow their impact, income, and influence through smarter systems and standout storytelling.

As a former circus acrobat and street performer, I bring showmanship and play to the serious business of skill-building—turning every keynote, workshop, and training session into an engaging experience.

My AI training workshops are fast-paced and hands-on—packed with prompts, games, and experiments that leave participants feeling empowered to use Ai in their daily tasks.

A long and safe life, or a short and daring adventure?

September 16th, 2015|

Which would you choose? A long and safe life, or a short and daring adventure? “Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a [...]

Ten Things I Really Miss About Living In Costa Rica

WDS 2015 Scavenger Hunt and Bigger/Better

August 12th, 2015|

This is the third year I've done a treasure hunt for World Domination Summit; the first time, I didn't even have permission. I just crashed the registration party dressed as a superhero and started wrangling people into doing this crazy scavenger hunt across the city, and [...]
