First Name

Hi, I’m Caelan. I’m an American dual citizen in New Zealand.

I help professionals become proficient AI operators so they can think faster, create smarter, and lead with confidence into the future of work.

I am a dynamic speaker, trainer, and business coach, who combines the skills of a theatrical performer and technical geek to make compelling educational experiences. I was classically educated at St John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, so I see the fast-moving world of technology through the perspective of the humanities.

A decade as a digital nomad taught me how to build businesses that move as freely as their founders. My book Marketing Yourself was published in August of 2022 (five months before ChatGPT!) and my digital marketing agency Stellar Platforms helped experts and entrepreneurs to grow their impact, income, and influence through smarter systems and standout storytelling.

As a former circus acrobat and street performer, I bring showmanship and play to the serious business of skill-building—turning every keynote, workshop, and training session into an engaging experience.

My AI training workshops are fast-paced and hands-on—packed with prompts, games, and experiments that leave participants feeling empowered to use Ai in their daily tasks.

Working while weary

I'm working hard, and it's hard on me. When I’m working from home, I’ve found it helps me get more productive to change out of my pajama pants, and into pants with pockets and a belt. I guess it really gets my ass in [...]

2019 starts swiftly

January is always a burly month; I've got a birthday or two to celebrate, plus my youngest son's birthday; there's new resolutions and annual reviews, habits quickly getting derailed, and clients off on holiday. This year, we also had family move to New Zealand [...]

The Queen of Wands

This year, for my birthday I have drawn a card of happiness, satisfaction, and fertility. The Queen of Wands is a card that could signify a plan to accomplish a large amount of work in a small period of time, a balance of the [...]

New Years Resolutions 2019

"There is nothing magical about the flip of a calendar," says Jason Soroski, "but it represents a clean break, a new hope, and a blank canvas." Making New Year's Resolutions presents us with an opportunity to reboot our lives, and reset our habits. [...]
